Deed of sale between Samuel Hussey & Others to Martha Hussey Marion District South Carolina Sam'l Hussey & others to Martha Hussey South Carolina Marion District Know all men by these presents that we the heirs of Sam'l Hussey, dec'd of said district, planter for and in consideration of one hundred dollars to us in hand paid by Marth Hussey of the district aforesaid we have granted bargained sold all that plantation or tract of land containing fifty seven acres situated on and in Catfish Swamp bounded by James Lucas, William Hussey and by Robt Husseys land is being part of tract of land granted to Benj Blackman from said Blackman to John Turner dec'd and from said Turner to Sam'l Hussey, dec'd. Now we the heirs of Sam'l Hussy do for the consideration aforesaiddo bargain sell and deliver all of the above described land together with all the rights, members, hereditances and appurtenances to the said premises unto the above named Martha Hussey her heirs & assigns forever and we bind ourselves our heirs and against every person or persons whomsoever claiming or to claim the land or any part thereof in witness whereof we the said heirs of Samuel Hussey dec'd have hereunto set our hand and seals 16th day of January 1819 and in the forty third year of America Independance Test Isham Watson Thomas Finklea B.
