				Know all men by these presents that I Sarah Powers of
				the state and district aforesaid for and in consideration
of the sum of eighty dollars to me in hand paid by Robert Hussey of the said state and
district planter have granted bargained sold and released and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and release unto the said Robt Hussey all that plantation or tract of land
containing fifty acres granted to John Sanders bounded on the east side by land belonging to
Osburn Lane?, together with alland singular the rights, members, hereditaments and
appurtenances to said premises belonging or in any wise incident or appertaining to have
& to hold all and singular the premises before mentioned unto the said Robt Hussey
his heirs and assigns forever and I do hereby bind myself my heirs and assigns to warrant
and forever defend all and singular the said premises before mentioned unto said Robt Hussey
his and assigns against myself my heirs and against all persons whosoever lawfully 
claiming the same or any part thereof given under my hand and seal 1st day of Nov 1834

			duly sworn on oath deposes on oath deposes that he was present
			and saw Sarah Powers sign seal and deliver the within instrument
			of writing as herein described and that Moses Mace was a 
			subscribing witness withhimself there
