GA page 209 Almighty God Amin I Barbary Lucas being in my right mind and senses do here in the name of the Lord make my last Will and Testament ?? and now do distribute my property among my children as follows after all my just debts are paid. I will and bequeath One Hundred and one acres ? 1/4 of land lying in Morgan County in 99th District adjoining Allen Wheelis? and John Floyd to be sold and equally divided amongst my Daughters as follows, Elizabeth Mosley?, Barbary Lambert, Fanny White, Stacia Adams, Sally Smith ? to have two shares in the land and then the rest of the land to be equally divided amongst the above named girls and I also will and bequeath unto Sally Smith one feather bed and furniture one cow and calf and increase one side board and one table one trunk to belong to her at my death which property is now at Richard Jones. I do also will and bequeath unto Mary Lucas ten dollars and I do futher will and bequeath unto Martha Jones five dollars to come out of Sally Smiths part and all the rest of my household and furniture and stock to be sold and equally divided among all my lawful heirs ? except Mary Lucas and she is allowed no more than the above ten dollars and one note of hand of labon Mosley? to be equally divided amongst all my heirs Sally Smith is to have two shares of household and furniture of all and stock and all debts due I do therefore appoint Timothy White and Charles? Lucas as my lawful executors to sell the property and pay page 210 the money to the above named lawful heirs.
