Deed of Sale between Samuel Hussey & Others to Robert Hussey Marion District South Carolina Sam'l Hussey & Others to Robt Hussey South Carolina Marion District Know all men by these presents that we, the heirs of Sam'l Hussey, dec'd of said district, planters for an in consideration of one hundred dollars to us in hand paid by Robert Hussey planter of said district we have granted bargained and sold all that plantation a tract of land containing fifty seven acres situated on and in Catfish Swamp bounded by William Hussey's land by William Turners by Martha Husseys land and hath such shapes and forms as appears by plat made by Isiah Lewis is being part of an tract of land granted to Benj. Blackman and convey by said Blackman to John Turner dec'd. and from said Turner to Sam'l Hussey dec'd. now we the heirs of S. Hussey do for the consideration aforesaid do bargain sell and deliver all of the above described land together with all the rights, members, hereditances and appurtances to the said premises to the above named Robt Hussey, his heirs and assigns forever and we do bind ourselves our heirs executors and assigns to warant & forever defend all and singular the premises before mentioned unto the said Hussey his heirs against our heirs & against all other persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the land or any part thereof. In writing wereof we have hereunto set our hand & seals 15 Jany A.D. 1819 and in the 43 year of Independant age. Test: Isham Watson Thomas Finklea B.
